Who you reach
Warrant Officers are the Army’s technical experts, combat leaders, and advisors. They are career professionals who master complex systems and train the Soldiers who run them. USAWOA is the only military service organization devoted entirely to their welfare.

The association rests on three pillars: professionalism, representation, and recognition. Sponsor dollars go straight to the programs members rely on.
USAWOA represents members to DoD, the Department of the Army, the VA, Congress, and the White House. Through The Military Coalition it has helped win legislative victories on education, compensation, commissioning, and W5 pay-grade authorization.
The USAWOA Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c)(3) since 2003, awarded $10,500 across 11 college, book, and vocational scholarships for 2026–27 to children and grandchildren of members.
The Annual Meeting, mentorship programs, leadership development resources, a digital library, and a members-only Microsoft Teams portal keep Warrant Officers connected and growing.
The association’s publication reaches every member in print or electronic form, with news, advocacy updates, and the voice of the Warrant Officer community.
Through the association’s partnership with AUSA, members get access to events, ARMY Magazine, family programs, and discounts on travel, dining, healthcare, and more.
The Warrant Officer Historical Foundation preserves the history of the Corps and makes it available to the next generation of Warrant Officers.
